U4 — LM358P

This dual op-amp's through-hole package was discontinued by the manufacturer. The SOIC-8 version (LM358PWR) is active, electrically identical, and already the more common package in current designs — this is a low-risk swap once your assembly process accounts for the footprint change.

U12 — MCP2551-I/SN

Your CAN transceiver is fully discontinued with no further stock expected from authorized channels. The suggested replacement is pin-compatible and doesn't require a board revision, though it's worth a quick bench check before committing to production — different internal timing characteristics on some CAN transceivers can occasionally affect edge cases.
